This product is suitable for the calendering finishing of pure cotton, chemical fiber, hemp, wool and their blended fabrics; it can also be used for the calendering of polypropylene, nylon, polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene and other materials and paper products.

By adjusting the hydraulic valve block inside the nylon roller, when different pressures are applied to the roller surface, the middle height of the nylon roller can be automatically adjusted to achieve uniform linear pressure throughout the nip. The thickness and gloss of the products rolled by this equipment are far better than ordinary calendering. At the same time, the equipment is more able to withstand the high temperature and higher linear speed of the steel roll during operation.
